- Do fashion magazines contribute to the occurrence of eating disorders? it called for increasing awareness about eating disorder symptoms and recommended a ban on models younger than 16 walking in fashion shows; this means that magazines do have a major impact of the occurrence of eating disorders as many young women are being influenced from the media of the way they should be looking.
- Do games make people behave violently? Research demonstrates a consistent relation between violent video game use and increases in aggressive behaviour, aggressive cognition and aggressive affect therefore it does have a vital effect on the way people think and will significantly make them much more aggressive
- Does advertising work? Overall i believe that good advertising works this will long build a loyal audience who will watch the ad regardless which then will have a long term influence on the individual; on the other hand this can also have negative impact if they have mad big investments and don't get a good response rate back. however if a advert does well it will evidently creates a positive memories and feelings that influence our behaviour over time to encourage us to buy something at a later date or go and watch something in the cinema. Therefore if a advert does not have a sleek persuasion us as a audience will discriminant the teaser/product trailer and it will then be deemed to a bad image because of not being enticing within the marketing.
- Does social media generate misogyny? Social media allows everyone to stat their own honest opinion of something/topic and because of this ever growing social media it has now lead the News providers to outsource information through twitter for example meaning that they are outsourcing ideas through social media meaning that it will overall become a brand new trend and not seen unconventionally, therefore twitter allows individuals to amplify their own opinion.

- Twitter's influence on the news : News providers are increasingly sourcing information, ideas and opinions from social media. This means that the news are beginning to use online media such as twitter to find information. which therefore means if an issue is trending it may become part of the more formal news debate of the day.
- New technology, privacy and Wikileaks: in conclusion Technology allows speedy and efficient communication and the storage of digital information which means that it has made it much more easier for hackers to hack on the privacy of other such as tapping into their phones.

- Social media gives anyone who wants it a platform to publish their views and this is often seen as an extension of freedom of speech. this means that anyone who wishes to amplify their opinion on social media they will be able to because of the vast changing internet meaning that they everyone has their own say on twitter; its also much more easier to comment own opinions online now.
